Bád, sailed by Stefan Hyde, Jerry Dowling and Jimmy Dowling emerged clear winners in the recent SB20 Southern Championships, run in parallel with Volvo Dun Laoghaire week. The local fleet was bolstered by visiting boats from Howth, Cobh and Crosshaven, swelling the fleet size to an impressive 19 boats for the 10 races spread over four days….

Lia (Dave Barry, Gareth Nolan, Sam Hunt & Rory Grovez) were very popular winners of the SB20 Eastern Provincial Championships. The regatta, run under the excellent stewardship of race officer Rupert Jeffares and the flag of Howth Yacht Club was challenging for all fleets at the Sportsboat Cup with predominantly light winds prevailing.
